What data should I add?

This guide will describe the process of connecting your initial data sources imported to Gathid.

Clients will typically start with an accounts management extract (either via .csv export or API connector) from a user based system and also an HR extract in the form of a .CSV file containing current employees and their non-sensitive properties such as organisational data and employment status.

Additionally, some clients will also opt to also transfer a .CSV from a complex non-SSO system  into Gathid an this would include Accounts and their current level of access.

Navigate to the System Data Connectors category for more information of the types of available connectors and or to create your own.

Data Attributes

Your Gathid insights are only as good as the data Gathid receives. When preparing user account management related data, we suggest you include the following data fields in related system exports:

  • A unique identifier such as email address or employee/contractor ID
  • Full Name
  • Last Login Date
  • Security Levels, Access Groups
  • Reports to
