Roles and Access within Gathid
This article describes the default roles and access made available within the Gathid platform.
Administrator
A member of the Gathid Administrator role has an all-access pass with ability to configure Gathid via the Administrator menu item, in addition to the general Users access. Members have the ability to add new system connections and associated configuration, view logs, add and edit Reports, Actions, Dashboards and add and run Campaigns.
Administrator has access to the following Menu items and source data:
- Search
- Dashboards
- Systems
- Campaigns
- Audit Responses
- Administration
- Can View Data for New System Data Connector (Loader) by Default
User
A member of this Gathid access group is able to view system data via Search, view assigned dashboards and metric results via dashboards or via link in an history change email, and view-only Systems dashboards. Can be assigned edit access by an administrator to specific dashboards.
User has access to the following Menu items and source data:
- Search
- Dashboards - only if the dashboard is assigned to User role (and or Users named specifically)
- View Metrics results (only if sent via report history change email and/or report is accessed via a dashboard) - For more information: https://knowledge.gathid.com/en/sso/what-notifications-are-available
- Systems
Responder
This Gathid access group can be assigned to users required to respond to an Audit within a Campaign that has been setup by an Administrator user.
Responder has access to the following Menu items and source data:
- Audit Responses
- Data for New System Data Connector (Loader)
